There's an old saying "Nature abhors a vacuum" I think Nature used physics to make sure there wasn't one although mankind decided it should be filled by imaginary manlike creators! Of course this sounds as if I'm turning Nature into a person....ah well - we have limited intellects and can only use ourselves as models for comprehending the overwhelmingly inexplicable.

hmmm. I guess if "God" is inserted instead of "nothing" then all the magical events make better sense. Except that Adam and Eve played with dinosaurs in the Garden of Eden. Now that's magical. ;-)
LOL ... what blueberry said! Have you seen Bill Maher holding forth on 'the talking snake' ... its a hoot and makes it quite obvious that god doesn't make any more sense than non-god, in fact, maybe less!
I am an atheist too - I didn't know that about you.
