I guess it's not quite recommended to drink it all at once, as you basically drown yourself...

It can also make you lethargic, cuz you think your getting revitalized, but water has no nutrients. When dancin' (or whatever) for 5 or 6 hours straight, it's best to mix in a beer or sports drink or 2 along the way.
