Not everyone American is like that, y'know.
Plus, with us foreigners becoming American citizens, there's still hope... ;-)
These people are NOT representative of the United States. I'm actually bothered that they would so grossly misrepresent us to their viewers. It's no worse than Jaywalking, though.
Also, one little-known fact. While KFC stands for Kentucky Fried Chicken, the first Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant was in Salt Lake City, UT (built in 1952). They tore it down a few years ago.
